“ Really did enjoy the whole lunchtime tapas experience. 3 of us chose from the fixed price menu,(£20 each), enabling us to have one of everything on the menu, 12 dishes. Excellent pork belly and calamari, but all the rest was very good indeed. Friendly service, will definitely go again. 10% service added automatically to bill. “ Popped in early on a Friday evening and got a table inside straight away, however the outside seating area was pretty busy. Staff were polite and answered questions regarding the foods and the menu. Had the experience tapas for 2, and it was lovely. It was tasty, looked fantastic and just what I'd imagined Spanish tapas to be. A few drinks with this made it a very special night. ”

“ The atmosphere was cozy and had a warm, inviting feel. We started with a delicious mojito and sangria both strong, tasty, and full of flavour. The prawns and chorizo were absolutely delicious, packed with rich, savory taste. The Txuleton steak, which was incredibly flavourful, one of best steaks we've had, nothing on the plate! The chips had a nice flavour, but they were a bit floppy I personally prefer them crispy. It did seem a bit short-staffed, but the wait wasn’t too long and the service was still friendly and attentive. It was a lovely touch that the chef personally delivered our mains. A great experience overall! ”

To say it was sublime would be an understatement; without shadow of doubt this was the best meal we've had out on the Isle of Wight. From the Tsixtorra to the Txuletón steak everything was cooked, seasoned and presented perfectly. There is a very clear attention to detail, and the food has clearly been prepared freshly & with care. Food of this calibre deserves the time it takes to be prepared, we love that it's not rushed. We're very fortunate to have them here in Ventnor, and look forward to returning! ”
